We recently had out tub replaced with a walk-in shower. Before making our final decision to go with Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay, we received a few quotes which were priced much higher for the same work. We did have to wait several months for the installation to be completed but the sales rep set the proper expectations while he was here providing us with the quote. The job was not without some hiccups however the Owner David took the time to listen to our concerns and took swift action to resolve the issues and ensure total customer satisfaction. I have worked in the sales/service industry for over 20 years and very seldom does the owner of a company take the time to not only speak with customers but to follow up on a job to fruition. I can tell you from personal experience, he takes the reputation of his company very seriously and will do whatever it takes to make sure his customers are totally satisfied. Thank you to Luxury Bath for the work performed and my peace of mind knowing that my senior parent has a good looking shower which is also safe for her to use.
