From the meeting with the Sales Rep. to the completion of the walk-in shower, everyone was respectful polite and professional. Our installer was a perfectionist. It not only shows in the finished product, but it showed with every step of the installation.
Honest and Helpful
Lenny came out to our home to do a consultation. He was very polite, professional, and engaging. He went into our bathroom to assess what they would do. He was quite honest with saying that we could go with his business or that we could go regrout our floors and apply some flexible waterproof silicone. We have some deliberating to do on our end, but if we do decide to go with Luxury bath we would ask for Lenny by name and have him help guide us through the process. He wasn't pushy on trying to make a sale.

After an original misunderstanding with the original salesman, Juan came out and we discussed my needs. Things went quite smoothly. Scott and Sam were my installation team and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their work and quality of the project. Dave the owner is also a very upstanding guy. We couldn’t be more pleased with our entire Luxury Bath experience. From our initial visit to the showroom, through to the final product, we were treated professionally and courteously. Our project came out exactly as planned thanks to our installer, Steve , who did a great job. He answered our many questions, was friendly and worked diligently despite having no assisting partner much of the time. He cleaned up at the end of every day and paid attention to detail. We are so glad we chose Luxury Bath!
Shower Remodeled
We just had our shower remodeled and it looks beautiful! From the beginning of the planning stages with Logan Scott, to the installation with Angel and Edward it went very smooth. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Also, the craftsmanship was top quality. I would highly recommend Luxury Bath they did a fantastic job.
