In my life I have done several job evaluations but this one that I am doing touches my soul to do it. My daughter hired this company to do her shower. The saleswoman who came did not measure the door floor correctly. The installers did not sit idly by. They looked for a solution, calling one of the managers. This job was in Orange City. The installers went to the shop in Kissimme (more than 45 min) to look for another piece for the floor. And again guide more than 45 minutes to the house. They were there more than 9:00 pm Saturday. They did a super job, apart from being clean and organized. This company should be proud to have employees like the two of them. Their names are Josue and Gilberto. This world needs more employees who go the extra mile. God bless you both.
Beautiful remodel!
I’m so impressed with the team of Shane, Clint, and Marshall! Demo was done without making any mess. The guys were very professional and courteous. They were also very friendly and helpful. At the halfway point I was wondering if they would get it all finished but the results were outstanding! I love our new bathroom! It was beautifully designed and finished. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend Luxury Baths for any remodeling! I’m amazed that they drove up to Orlando from Tampa each day. They were always on time and knew how much they could get done each day. They had me check their progress at each stage and pointed out how and why they would do improvements. The results were fabulous and we are very pleased with our new bathroom. And the price was half of my guess for the work. They aren’t big box store priced but you get what you pay for. The results speak for their quality and work ethic. If you want a beautiful remodel go with Luxury Baths! You won’t be disappointed!

The workers Larry and Pedro did a great job. The only thing my husband was a little concerned about where the “shark bites” they used in the wall. They were very respectful and cleaned up the worksite every day.

Beautiful installation of bathtub, walls, and wainscoting. Clint and Shane did a great job and are very kind and respectful. I only had a couple of minor issues, but staff was sent out to immediately to remedy. I highly recommend Luxury Bath

From start to finish our experience with Luxury Bath installing a walk-in tub was amazing. Lenny was our sales person and Scott and Sam were the installers. We could not be more delighted with our new walk in tub!! I especially appreciated how clean they left everything each day when they left our house and they always arrived on time.

Lenny Gillespie was our Design Consultant, Jonal and Antonio were the installation team. All 3 were polite, respectful, informative and honest. Lenny provided many options for design, product benefits, samples, and recommendations. We had many doubts and questions but he answered them with honesty, integrity, and provided evidence in samples and documentation. He was an important part of our decision to go with Luxury Bath. Jonal and Antonio arrived each day bright, cheery, and ready to work. At the beginning of each (2) project, Jonal reviewed the job expectations. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient, and precise with every aspect of their work. They were happy to explain and answer any questions we had. Both seem to go above and beyond with each and every detail of the installation. We appreciated the inspections along the way to meet any company plumbing standards. Jonal and Antonio cleaned up each evening leaving no disruptions to the family. We were very comfortable with them working in our home. Luxury Bath, Lenny, Jonal, and Antonio proved to be and honest, responsible, caring family business who take pride in their work and reputation. We WOULD and HAVE recommended them to anyone needing a new bath or shower. We are very happy with the work done in both bathrooms, one shower, one shower and tub.
